Pre-registration is required to reserve the class and time of your choice. You can reserve as far ahead of time as you like:
50% non refundable deposit is required. For your convenience we accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express via phone.
Payments and deposits are refundable if the wave conditions do not permit a successful lesson, and there are no available dates to reschedule. The conditions for the lesson are judged by the Ezride Surf School staff of professionals.
For clinics and surf camps, a full payment is required.
All students must sign a release waiver.
Students under the age 18 must complete a parental consent form.
Any medical conditions must be reported to our team of professionals.
We will never hold any class during bad weather. Storm force winds, thunder, or lighting are considered bad weather. Rain or cold air can produce very good wave conditions and are not considered bad weather. Lessons will be rescheduled according to weather and wave conditions.
Deposits and payments are not refundable.
There are no partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
If you want to change the date and time of your lesson, you must notify our office 5 days(120 hours) before your scheduled lesson in order to receive a credit for future use. Any changes made after that will be charged a $20 fee. Changes made within 24 hrs before your schedule lesson will not be a credit issue or money refund.
